Productive – Black eyed Pea germinates in 8-10 days when soil temps are 65-75°F. Plant 1” deep and space 3” apart in an area with full sun. This variety will grow 2-6’ tall with a spread of 1-2’ and mature in 80-100 days. Plant in USDA zones 5-11.
Good Eats – Harvest plenty and enjoy the delicious flavor fresh, frozen, or canned. Beans make a delicious and refreshing garden snack.
